Your contact data is stored in our CRM system located in the USA. For processing and internal administration some of your data may be stored at our office in Mauritius.
Support services
Response time: Based on the priority level of an issue the response time will vary from a few hours (Critical) up to 5 days (Low).
Resolution time: Best effort will be provided to address critical issues as fast as possible. Other issues or updates will be addressed generally from between 2 to 3 days up, but also up to a month depending on the priority level, the complexity and the reliance on external parties (Including Zoho Support teams, hosting service provider, etc where applicable).
