Service Advisor

Main Responsibilities

  • Satisfying the needs of customers by assisting with customer requests for repairs and for maintenance service to ensure that the vehicle is fixed right the first time.

 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Familiarity with the automotive sector and industry
  • Computer skills: proficient with all computer applications
  • Driving license
